Force Feeder

The patented feeder base structure : Springs continuously push the feeder towards the die table, reducing dust and material loss. Feeder and base can be dismantled without any special tools

Recycling & Suction

In order to restrain material mixture among three different colored powders, scraping(1st process : Material is scraped into the recycling container) & suction(2nd process) devices are equipped. The scraped powder can be reused for the production.

Discharging Chute

The chute is composed of three gates. Reject gate(Option), Production gate, Sampling gate(option). The flaps divert the produced tablets into a specific direction, being activated by the air rotary actuators.

Compression Roller _____ Vibration Free

Load-cells are equipped under two pre-compression (1st, 2nd) & main compression (3rd) rolls, which enables the operator to monitor and control the compressing pressure. These rolls are designed to stand high compressing pressure (vibration free)

Upper & Lower punch tightness monitoring

Load-cells are equipped to monitor the punch tightness. If the tightness(Pressure) goes beyond the limit, the machine automatically stops to protect the parts.
