◇ Turret change  Built-in system

The easy turret change is guaranteed and enabled by the built-in lifting device and the remote controller. The machine and the turret have the structure where the right position of the turret is automatically set while the turret is being fitted to the machine. Both of B type or D type tools can be used with the turret changed.

◇ Control cabinet ____________ PAS HMI system

The centralized controlling system activated by the touch screen provides an user-friendly environment where the operator can communicate with the machine easily. All the production parameters can be saved automatically and loaded afterwards, which enables the parameters to be applied to the machine. PAS is developed and designed to monitor and control the machine, keeping the proper weight range.

◇ Feeder __________________ The most precise structure

Pharm Tech introduces the unique structure of the feeder base where the springs continuously push forward the feeder towards the die table. This structure reduces the material loss and restrains the dust, which provides a clean environment in the machine operation. The feeder and the base can be easily equipped and dismantled without any special tools. The different kinds of impellers can be used based on the material condition.

◇ Compression rolls ___________ Vibration-free

The pre-compression roll and the main compression roll have the same structure. The position of both rolls is adjusted by the servo motors for more precise controls. The roll is designed to minimize the accumulated clearance to prevent trembling. The roll is robust enough to stand the pressing load. The movement and the pressure of the rolls can be monitored automatically.

◇ Signal lamp

The stylish signal lamps are attached to 3 sides of the machine. (Front-top, Left-top, Right-top), which makes it possible to observe them in every direction.

◇ Upper & lower punch tightness

The load-cell is equipped instead of the springs for tightness detection. The operator easily sets and adjusts the limits on the tightness.

◇ Ejection force

The ejection force of each tablet can be inputted into the database. The tablets are smoothly discharged through the discharging roll attached to the end of the ejection roll.

◇ Discharging chute

3 gates for normal production, defected tablets, and samples are ideally combined. Any tablets in the above three categories can be discharged without any congestion.

◇ Internal lamp

LED light system guarantees the semi-permanent duration. The machine inside is elegantly illuminated.

◇ Powder sensor

The powder sensor is equipped inside of the top cover of the machine. Thus, the operator does not have to separate the sensor from the powder hopper connection when the hopper is taken out from the machine.

◇ Powder loading system

The built-in type powder loading system saves much space. Also, it offers easy assembling and dismantling.
