Capsule Filling Machine

Machine principle

It is designed to fill Powder, Pellets, tablets into the hard gelatin capsules. The driving part is composed of the Cams and index driving systems. PLC controlling system is adopted for easy operation. The external control panel independent from the machine has the touch screen and the inverter system equipped.

The former is for the one-touch operation. The latter is for automatic speed controls. The materials(Powder) are pressed by tamping pins from 1st to 5th stations of the powder tamping and feeding section, which forms slugs/plug/(round stick shape). Then, on 6th station, the powder slugs are to be filled to the body capsule.

As for pellet or tablet feeding, optional feeding devices are required to be equipped. On any errors or troubles, the machine automatically stops with alarm system, triggering the buzzer sound and signal lamp. The change parts can be replaced easily based on the capsule size and the filling volume, which guarantees the easy production for various kinds of materials.

Capsule polishing machine
It takes dust off from the surface of the capsules. Also the capsules are to be polished. The attachment and separation of the brush are easily done.

Powder loading system
It provides the powder automatically to the main powder hopper of the machine through the vacuum effect. If the hopper is short of powder, the signal activated by the sensor starts the vacuum pump operation, which triggers the powder supply.

Capsule loading system
It loads the empty capsules to the hopper. When the sensor detects the shortage of the capsules inside of the hopper, the blower starts to rotate to feed the capsules. The blower type doesn't have the problem on the non-required capsule separation.

Dust collector
Dust is sucked out from the machine and the polishing device, which helps the machine to be neat and clean.
