Capsule Filler

PF Series :

It is designed to fill Powder, Pellets, tablets into the hard gelatin capsules. The driving part is composed of the Cams and index driving systems. PLC controlling system is adopted for easy operation.

The external control panel independent from the machine has the touch screen and the inverter system equipped. The former is for the one-touch operation. The latter is for automatic speed controls.

The materials(Powder) are pressed by tamping pins from 1^st to 5^th stations of the powder tamping and feeding section, which forms slugs/plug/(round stick shape). Then, on 6^th station, the powder slugs are to be filled to the body capsule. As for pellet or tablet feeding, optional feeding devices are required to be equipped.

On any errors or troubles, the machine automatically stops with alarm system, triggering the buzzer sound and signal lamp.

The change parts can be replaced easily based on the capsule size and the filling volume, which guarantees the easy production for various kinds of materials.
